At xforty we take on the responsibility to deliver successful projects on time and on budget. We have on staff a certified "Associate Value Specialist" along with a certified "Project Management Professional" and a certified "Scrum Master". 

We integrate our project management into the majority of our projects in order to plan, organize, motivate and control resources. We focus on a flexible, holistic development strategy and work together as a team to meet our common goal. 

This agile approach means more iterative and incremental progress in our development lets us evaluate and discover sooner and with more efficiency.
